Minister Sondria R. McWilliams, the heart behind EIG, is committed to making a difference through service. After completing her studies at Charis Bible Studies, she wasted no time diving into volunteer work with VNA Meals on Wheels, offering her time and support to deliver meals, hospice care, and grief support.
Sondria's dedication to empowering others shines through her roles as a mentor, minister, and teacher. Her leadership journey began under the guidance of Pastor Lou Turner at Hope Ministries, where she led annual women’s retreats and monthly prayer breakfasts. In 2023, she founded The Esther Retreat— a cherished event that brings women from all corners of the nation together for fellowship and growth.
Today, Sondria finds joy in nurturing spiritual growth as a Bible study instructor through Charis Bible Studies under Andrew Wommack Ministries and as a member of Crossroads of Life Church. For the past nine years, hosting Bible studies in her home has not only deepened her faith journey but has also forged lasting friendships, including with her best friend and trusted administrator, Alana Watkins.
Outside her ministry, Sondria finds joy in the simple pleasures of life—reading a good book, hosting gatherings, and playing volleyball. Even with all the adventures she has been on near and far, she believes her greatest blessings are found in the loving embrace of her sons Christopher, Damone, Tre’Von, and John, her grandsons, and her beloved daughter-in-law Rebekah.

Alana E. Watkins, a devoted wife of James for 29 years and mother of son Andre and daughter Taylor, is a homemaker retired from corporate America 13 years ago. As a member of Grace Revolution Church under Lead Pastor Joseph Prince and a dedicated student of Charis Bible Studies established by Andrew Wommack, Alana's journey is deeply rooted in her faith and commitment to serving others. She finds profound fulfillment in assisting Minister McWilliams in ministry for the past 9 years, playing an integral role in spreading the message of grace and love.
With a fervent belief in the transforming power of God's unconditional love, Alana's life is a testament to the joy and fulfillment that comes from embracing His grace. Beyond her ministry work, she enjoys indulging in her love for reading, exploring technology, and cherishing moments with family and friends. For Alana, the revelation of God's love has been the cornerstone of her journey, igniting a passion to share His grace with others and make a lasting impact in their lives.
